The Reserve At Star Pass Apartments

Don't do it, this place is ghetto. Please don't let the show apartment and the tour through the game/pool area fool you. They are letting anyone in these apartments, it is not a safe place to live. There have been several shootings and police visit here so much they have gate passes. My son was walking our dog at 11:00 am on a Sunday and witnessed two men kick down a door. The men then ran inside and shot someone. The office staff are rude and don't care about your issues. They started accepting section 8 to fill the units, there's dog shit everywhere and the maintenance staff are not qualified to replace a light bulb. The apartments all have severe damage and my electricity bill is a smooth 4-500.00 a month because their HVAC units do not receive proper maintenance. I could go on but I hi

Needed a place to move in rather quickly, the leasing team helped me a ton especially Elsa! She is a sweetheart and really did what she could to get us into the place as we were in a time crunch from our previous residency. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and even allowed us to take a quick tour of one of their upgraded show units just so we could get an idea of what we’d be moving into. I’ll have to update this in a year of us being here!

This place is great. Started working with Mikaela some months back and she was amazing. Super helpful with anything and everything. Have been working with Amesha ever since and i couldnt ask for a better community manager. She is very professional and has been able to accommodate any request ive had in a friendly and timely manner. The customer service and friendly attitudes of all the staff at the Ranch at Starpass is more than i ever expected. As for the maintenance team, Darric the supervisor is awesome to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and gets things taken care of quickly, skillfully, and quietly. They are getting two stars simply because of Elsa. She was extremely nice and very helpful to us. If you rent from them, speak to her. However, we were informed that we were approved in August. We had already paid the application fee and "redecorating fee" of $200. Then the manager (who was pretty rude on the phone call to my partner) called us to tell us that we weren't approved after speaking to our current landlord. Mind you, our current landlord has somewhat of a vendetta against us because us and other neighbors have proof that they stole money from us, but that's a different story.
