The Reserve at Quail North

Today I had a very nice experience in the apartment complex the reserver at Quail north thinking about moving to Oklahoma City from Tulsa ok looking for some of the best apartments with very good comfortable prices the guys who attended me are very friendly and it feels a very quiet and clean environment everything very organized I hope I can the pleasure of living in those apartments soon

I toured this property recently looking for a place to live temporarily while I sell my house and I have to say it was a pretty nice well kept property. The amenities are great, love the pool table and the gym! I may just end up applying for a short term to enjoy the amenities. The office staff was also friendly walking in, very welcoming environment.

I resided here during the 2024 management staff which missed the mark several times. I had several maintenance issues at the beginning of my initial lease that the old management simply just did not make an effort to attend to my needs as their tenant until I became, for lack of a better word, rude! I can say, this new management team is top tier. I always really dealt with Josua, the assistant property manager and the office receptionist who are completely reliable. I had to move but I can surely attest that Joshua and his team are the best. They are attentive and understand their tenant needs and does their best to accommodate! If If I didnt have to move, I would for sure still reside here. Not every place is perfect but having this staff at thosnresodence comes really close to perfect

When I moved here, I was disappointed to find that the pendants weren’t clean, and one was dirty while the other was clean. There were also specks of paint on all the floors and entryways. Additionally, the creaking floors through the townhome apartment are a major issue. Sound like it was built in the 1920’s I pay $30 for a trash service that I don’t have a trashcan for, haven’t used, and should be able to opt out of. There are also several other unnecessary fees. The office rarely answers phones, so you have to walk in. I never received a refund for insurance charged twice due to the company’s change. I’m still waiting for screens on my windows with holes to be replaced after living here for a year and five months. I’ve told both the old and new management, but nothing has been done.

I just want to share that The Reserve is just that. Everything about the process of moving, living and customer service was top tier. It was clean on move in, the online process was easy and fast and it’s a quiet and functional location. I would like to thank Joshua for taking care of everything that made this transaction smooth. He definitely has phenomenal customer service. I would also like to give Julie credit for being just as nice and professional. They work great together. I had a few maintenance request upon moving in but they were all taking care of in one day and the maintenance guys were so nice and informative. The gym is nice and it’s close to every business you can think of. 5 stars to The Reserve.
