I have had a great experience living at The Reserve at Parkland. The community is well kept, quiet, and really feels like home. The amenities are always clean, and the grounds are beautifully maintained, which makes a big difference day to day. I especially want to give a shoutout to Taylor, the property manager. Taylor is professional, friendly, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, communication has been clear and issues were handled quickly. Maintenance has also been top notch thanks to Jay. Jay is responsive, knowledgeable, and always gets things fixed right the first time. It’s reassuring to know maintenance requests are taken seriously and handled promptly. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend The Reserve at P

I absolutely love living here. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and truly feels like home. While we honestly haven’t had any issues, the staff has always been incredibly responsive, proactive, and thoughtful whenever we’ve had questions. Every point of communication has been thorough and professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about residents. Highly recommend this place!

Living at The Reserve at Parkland has been an amazing experience! The apartments are beautifully designed, comfortable, and have a truly homey feel. The community is welcoming, and the atmosphere makes it a wonderful place to call home. The amenities are a huge plus—the gym is well-equipped, the pool is perfect for relaxing, and the dog park is a fantastic addition. It’s great to live in such a dog-friendly community, which has made a big difference for us. Taylor, our property manager, is always working hard to create a positive environment for residents. From planning community events to ensuring everything runs smoothly, her dedication is truly appreciated. If you're looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and amenity-rich place to live, I highly recommend The Reserve at Parkland! 😊

The apartments are fine (not updated/modern enough for the price point), but the staff and move-in/move-out processes are horrific. My roommate and I recently moved out, and we were charged over $2,000 IN ADDITION TO our security deposit for normal wear and tear on the carpets, cleaning fees, etc, even when we noted that the apartment had damage prior to us moving in. This company is predatory and will charge you an outlandish amount of money to renovate their apartments on the tenant's bill. I have never experienced something like this before, and I have rented multiple (5+) apartments throughout the past 10 years in multiple cities. Do not waste your time living here. Find a landlord who genuinely wants you to have a good living experience.

Avoid this place if you can. The property management is truly awful. They refuse to replace carpets before move-in, and instead “professionally stretch” old carpet into place—making it prone to ripping. Then, when you move out, they’ll hit you with a charge of over $1,000 for carpet damage. It is a clear financial scheme. Don’t bother professionally cleaning your unit when you leave either—they’ll deduct cleaning fees from your deposit no matter what, so you end up paying twice. I had multiple maintenance requests throughout my lease, complete with photos, documentation, and even in-person conversations. Still, my full deposit was taken—and then some. My dog and I both cut our feet on staples sticking up from the carpet. That should tell you everything you need to know about how little
