The Reserve at Merrick Apartments & Townhomes

Lived here for 3 years and had an amazing experience. The property managers and maintenance staff are the best. The property is always clean and well maintained, and maintenance issues get resolved quickly. It is a quiet, safe place to l, and I can’t recommend it enough!

I have lived here since November 2013 and I enjoy it very much. They keep the grounds very nice and clean. The Staff here including Maintenance absolutely rocks. Anytime I have ever had a problem which is few once I notified them it was always fixed when I got home from work the next day. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Also has a very nice kept up pool to enjoy in the summer.

My husband and I have lived here for about two years and just renewed our lease for another. We love living here. The community is usually pretty quiet and there are a lot of families. It's right next to a park with a walking trail, which we love. It's also an extremely convenient place to live- we're close to many different Krogers, extremely close to UK, and also right next to New Circle Road. I have never had an issue with management or the apartment office. The staff are friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. I just put in my first maintenance request ever and the fridge was fixed within 30 minutes (at almost 5 o clock on a Friday, pretty awesome). Additionally, the property is always in good repair. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I love it. I love the location which is close to and inside New Circle and right beside Lansdowne Park which has a great walking trail. The staff (especially Rhonda) are very pleasant and if there is a problem, it gets fixed right away. The pool is salt water and is very nice. There is a work out room in the clubhouse. The clubhouse is also very nice and has a pool table. I would recommend The Reserve at Merrick to any of my friends and/or family. Great place to live!

My boyfriend and I just recently moved here and we are both very happy here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds and hallways are well kept. They have a nice exercise room and TV room with a pool table. Their maintenance team are quick to respond to any issue. Glad to be here.
