Buyer beware, the HOA under builder control (DreamFinders specifically) does not know how to maintain or run a budget causing numerous issues in build quality, community standards, and constantly raising fees and special assessments. They want to build the house and leave and will leave you with all the problems and the debt in the end.
Not a good area to live. These houses have a lot of issues. Taylor Morrison for example used poor quality builders resulting in structural issues. I just found out last night several houses have had gas leaks and Xcel came out to fix a few of them but there could be others. The lack of inspection and due diligence is just unbelievably not safe here.
