The Reserve at Kirkwood

They require you to move your out door trash bin inside the apartment after it sits in the breezeway all night exposed to flies, gnats, and ants. They have strict times that you are required to bring them in or they fine you 25 dollars per instance. Which means you keep the trash in your house or take it to the dumpster (constantly overflowing well past the wheelchair ramp). You cannot opt out of the unreliable trash valet service that they charge extra for. It has flooded twice. All of this under the NEW management.

Love it here. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's quite and clean. They are hosting fun stuff for our community and it's been an amazing experience. I recommend anyone looking for great places to live come here and know you will never be disappointed. My dogs love the dog park.

Poor management and lack of communication throughout my 2 years at The Reserve at Kirkwood. I was charged ongoing monthly renters insurance fees after submitting my own renters insurance policy at move in, and unjustified move-out fees that were never explained among other issues. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Delante is very personable and professional, whether it's snow or rain he is always in a timely manner with a great smile!

I have lived here for a while and have seen the drastic change in the property in the last 6 months. I got notification of the management change and decided to go into the office to voice my concerns. I was met by the new property manager who took the time to speak with me and she was so inviting and showed she cared to fix the issues that I spoke about. I learned she was the prior property manager at the property next door which is funny because I was going to inquire information to potentially live there because the property was so nice and kept up. I am now feeling better about this management change and hopeful to see a difference made here.
