The Reserve at Johnson City Apartments

We are enjoying our GREAT APARTMENT at the reserve !! The ladies in the office are ALWAYS friendly and glad to help with any questions. The maintenance crew is AWESOME and they keep the entire property looking good . We enjoy the pool and we cannot wait for it to open …and for the warm weather too !! We love to walk around the great neighborhood..the roads lead to 8 miles or more of walkability ! Cheddars restaurant has good food and a relaxing bar within walking distance . The hospital is less than 5 minutes away..and so is Walmart. Really there is nothing more that you could ask for in our great neighborhood !! We absolutely LOVE living here! Our family lived here previously and we moved to Greeneville TN. When we decided to come back to Johnson City the choice of a home was very easy. The Reserve is our place! This is our second time living here and if you are looking for a very high quality living atmosphere with tons of amenities then we would highly recommend looking no further than The Reserve! The staff is amazing and our leasing agent Drew Naylor made our second transition coming back a breeze. She is wonderful. Thanks to everyone there for welcoming our family back with open arms!! We recently toured this apartment community while planning our move to the area in a few months, and we were really impressed! The amenities are beautiful, the area feels safe and well-kept, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Ms. Aundrea was especially welcoming and so sweet—she made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We’re excited about the possibility of making this our new home!

Update December 8, 2024: Changing my review from five stars. The apartment community is no longer its former self. The company that owns the Reserve has started construction of new apartments that will wrap the border destroying the once secluded nature of the Reserve. Blasting has cracked the floor in our bathroom - it pops every time you walk on it now. Barnett construction starts their loud equipment at 7:00 AM or earlier every day of the week. All neighbors I’ve talked to are disappointed in the expansion. There are always empty apartments here. The car wash is often broken (it has been all week) and brush has not been changed in over three years. Gates go down often. Trees are all planted above ground and are waiting to fall at any time. No fiber internet since lines are buried, and

I stopped by The Reserve after office hours and was immediately impressed with how clean and well-kept the property is. The clubhouse is huge and beautiful, and you can tell the community is very well cared for. After touring multiple properties all day, this one stood out the most. Highly impressed!
