The Reserve at Gashes Creek

We had to move into an apartment for six months while our house was being remodeled, and The Reserve at Gashes Creek truly exceeded our expectations. Michelle and the entire management team were incredibly kind, professional, and responsive throughout our stay. The community was quiet, well maintained, and had a very welcoming feel — the tenants were friendly, and it always felt like a comfortable place to come home to. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which made a temporary living situation feel seamless and stress-free. We are so grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-run, peaceful place to live.

My wife and I just recently moved to Colorado, but we lived in these apartments for 2 years and it’s by far the best community, management and maintenance team we’ve ever experienced. Michelle is fantastic!! Always friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home. We always felt safe, welcomed, and supported here. If you’re looking for a place where the management team goes above and beyond and the community is genuinely great, this is it.

I really can’t express how happy I have been living here at the Reserve at Gashes Creek. I moved here from a local home and acreage not long after the devastation of Hurricane Helene. I had serious trepidations about moving into an apartment complex but this place has been truly amazing. The management team here, led by Michelle, consistently goes above and beyond to make this a community. There are regular fun events set up, visiting food trucks, karaoke and complimentary cocktails for the Halloween party, another holiday party planned soon, and a huge fall garage sale that was awesome! Great community and neighbors! Everyone that works here puts in a great deal of effort to create a friendly, welcoming and inclusive community. There are many organized events, food etc that residents are invited to attend. It is a great option to get to know neighbors. I have a handful of great friendships that have evolved from living at the Reserve. I relocated to the area for work. Grabbed a quick apartment thinking it would be temporary (wasn’t a huge fan of previous apartments). Well that was 4 years ago…that should tell you everything you need to know.
