Property manager Angie and leasing staff member Chyna work tirelessly to ensure this community is set apart and the best. Office staff is very kind and friendly as well as the maintenance who work outside of regular maintenance duties to ensure the property grounds stay looking nice and clean! Property manager Angie has allocated her time, funds and upbeat spirit to coordinate many community events and make sure not only do our children have a clean fun place to live but she adds fun we can all enjoy as families. If there is a concern, she is probably already on top of it. I was very disappointed, I will not rent here. The office door was locked when I had a scheduled appointment, the apartment wasn't available to view. Also I could smell marijuana coming from the residents building as I was getting out of my car. SMH. A very poor experience for me.

I'm happy we have a community that can come together for their children and talk about the problems and learn to fix them together. Shout out to the new maintenance people as well as the people in the office Angie has been a huge help as well as the block party we had was very much a success we came together I'm very proud of us.

OK Mr Carey came into my apt, let me remind you he's manager assistant came in an fixed my sink as well as my washer something I've been waiting to get done for years here I've never had a manager come out an do the work himself. I greatly appreciate you for that and I see things coming to change slowly patiently waiting for what's yet to come. Do not move here. I repeat do not move here. I applied got approved. But they would not let me see the apartment. In fact they are so unprofessional. That just because I'm section 8. The manager said she don't know why section 8 want everything to be perfect. They didn't let me see the apartment until they failed the first inspection. When they finally let me see the apartment. The bathrooms had holes were mice was coming in. Cabinets was Rotted it out. When I open the kitchen drawers it was dead roaches in there. Closet white racks was dirty and rusted. Balcony was chippering and they was mad that they had to fix that because it was unsafe. They painted the walls but did not paint the baseboards. Then when I cancelled the apartment.
