I just hope the houses built 1 block over are built better than the rest of the neighborhood. 2 years in and the appliances are failing and the flooring is delaminating. Not to mention the thin pain on the walls, drawers not working properly, and don't get me started on the fact the shower is plumbed backwards and the outside faucet can't be use because of the obnoxiously loud knocking sound that it makes - I'm afraid the neighbors can hear it. If you buy in here, check the build every day. Other neighborhoods design the utilities into the back yard, as you can currently see the utilities run through the front yards and under the driveways. Guess what happens when they will need repair?
