I have a friend that lives in the Reserve of everett and it's always been a pleasant experience. The front staff have always been Pleasant, she always has her troubles Taken care of.

The location is the first reason why you do not want to move to the Reserve. It is located just one block away from the infamous Casino Road area of Everett and it is one of the worst locations in the city to live in. It is well known that there is a lot of crime in that area. An even more important reason to not move to the Reserve is how breathtakingly incompetent the office staff is, especially the manager. Normally, when an apartment complex is well managed, a tenant will not deal with the office staff very much and then one would expect this to be mostly problem-free. But not at the Reserve. Within the first couple of months I moved there it would be clear that my billing account was a complete mess and it took months to get it fixed. And I was not the only one who had issues of thes

I lived there for over seven years and this is a horrible place to live. The friendly staff and amenities we had when I first moved there were taken away from us. The current managing team are liars and thieves. Back in 2022 the lobby was remodeled but the landlord/landlady didn't bother giving schematics to the contractor and the water was shut off for two days. Tenants had no water to, cook with, drink, flush toilets, bathe in, etc. According to attorneys at Housing Justic, this landlord /landlady owes each head of household in each apartment $200.00 for the two days without water. This owner has never provided compensation to any tenant. And you cannot believe the Notices to Enter because the manager comes in whenever she pleases. The apartment building began as housing for low-income s

I would advise prospective tenants to seriously research this place before renting. First of all, this entire property is not secure by any stretch of the imagination. Thanks to some of the tenants the homeless have the run of the building. Package theft is a real problem. The “amenities” such as the fitness room, spa and activities rooms are locked up at 5pm weeknights and all weekend. The computers in the library don’t work. The TVs in the common areas don’t work. The bathrooms in the common areas are locked. Apparently management is unable or unwilling to enforce their own lease agreements-residents smoke in their units and allow homeless people into the building who then let other homeless people in. One resident has repeatedly threatened others and constantly violates parking rules. T
