The Reserve at Columbia Tech Center

The Reserve at 600 SE 177th, has been the best place I have lived. The office staff has always been kind and non-judgmental, especially through this pandemic. They have always answered all of my questions promptly and with accuracy. The place is beautiful and welcoming, with great ammenities. I visited a lot of complexes in V town, and although some are nice, this one is the best. Best location, phenomenal walking opportunities, impeccable neighborhood. I have only had a few small issues to work out with other tenants, and the staff was kind professional, and prompt with the situation. This is a great place to live in Vancouver .😊🙂❣️

I found this complex to be one of the best apartments I lived in. I wish it had a bit more windows and light, but that's most apartments. The amenities and secured gate are all well worth the higher price tag.
