The Reserve at City Place

My wife and I have been residents at **The Reserve at City Place Apartments** for over a year now, and our experience has been very positive. The maintenance team deserves special recognition because they fix things in a timely manner and are always respectful when they come into the apartment. I also want to compliment the front office staff. **Rita, Kathy, and Chyna** are fantastic. No matter how busy they are, they always take the time to address any questions or concerns we have and make sure everything gets handled. The property itself is really nice. The pool area has a great atmosphere with the lighting, waterfall feature, and live plants that are clearly well maintained. It creates a relaxing environment that we’ve really enjoyed. Honestly, I think this place is a bit underrated

Parking use to be a problem but management fixed the issue very quickly!!! I’m super happy that now we don’t have a problem with parking anymore. The staff is very friendly, maintenance is QUICK. Honestly- I’m 28 years old and have been renting at apartment complex’s for the last 10 years and this is HANDS DOWN the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. My fiancé also agrees that this is the best apartment complex he has ever lived at too! Love this place. Quiet, safe, prompt, etc. This is almost a dream come true/ too good to be true but it’s true!!! ❤️ China, Kathy, and Mrs. Rita (property manager) are all amazing!!!

A year ago, I signed a one year lease at The Reserve at City Place. After living in a house for 18 years, I thought it would be difficult to adjust to apartment living. I had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, it was absolutely perfect and immediately felt like home! I never had a single issue with ANYTHING. The other tenants were friendly and quiet. The property is well kept and the amenities are great! The pool is big and clean. The workout room has lots of choices of equipment (even though I never went lol) the game room is nice and clean. The dog park has things for the dogs to play on; there is also a dog wash station! The property manager Rita is amazing and is on top of any possible issue and takes care of it! Even though im not currently living here I did have the pleasure of touring the complex with Kathy and I have to say shes an absolute treasure! Management in general was so sweet and kind while I was there but ms. Kathy was a gem. She's got to be the funniest and nicest woman I've met in a long time!

I recently moved into The Reserve at City Place, and Asst. Manager Ms.Chynna made the whole process so smooth. She is incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional, which made my first move from my old apartment so much easier. The property is clean, well-managed, and we already feel at home here.
