The Reserve at Cary Park Apartments

I moved into the Reserve at Cary Park at the end of October, and my experience has been wonderful. I have a two-bedroom apartment on the third floor, and it is very spacious. The living area is huge and opens up to a nice patio, which I really enjoy. Cora was instrumental in assisting me throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, she and the team were always there to help. Vera was also phenomenal. Whenever I stopped by the leasing office, someone was always available, which is how I met her. She was incredibly helpful, greeted everyone with a smile, and made you feel welcome. I would like to express my appreciation for the staff of Cary Reserve Apartments especially Cora!! Cora has been extremely patient and supportive of me during my move to Cary. It was a stressful move but she was always willing to help and supportive me throughout the entire process. I truly am grateful for her help in making this process a positive experience!

I moved my elderly parents and handicapped brother into a handicap equipped apartment in August 2025 and Cora Homan has been very understanding and helpful. Previous management/staff not nearly as accommodating and supportive. Cora follows up quickly when emails are sent and returns calls promptly when messages left. Thanks Cora!

This was by far the worst place I have ever lived. Please do not be fooled by positive reviews. New residents are given incentives to leave positives reviews. Nothing about living here is a good experience. I had nothing but problems while living here. The complex is not kept clean. The breeze ways always look terrible. There is a massive roach issue. It's disgusting. No matter how often you have the office come exterminate, you will still have them. I asked for professional extermination services and was told that Andy, the maintenance man, provided professional extermination services. My upstairs neighbor's pipe burst once late at night leading to a leak in my bedroom. My carpet was torn up to be dried out and I was later charged for the torn up carpet when finally moving out. The apartment is great for the price and in a fantastic area! Cora has been amazing since we moved in. Our dog loves to visit her every afternoon to say hi and get some treats. Would definitely recommend!
