The Reserve at Bankside Apartments

This was my first stop as I'm looking for a new spot while I finish school and I absolutely loved the intake process. I haven't applied yet, but the beautiful Ms. Karen took her time and made me feel more than welcomed. As we walked and she was showing me be the different units, we had actual conversation I enjoyed. She made the touring process extremely plesant. She's truly a wonderful individual. When I do decide to apply and move in, I hope she works there through my time as a resident. Absolutely one of the best leasing agents I've and people I've had the pleasure of meeting! ❤️

When I first came to this apartment complex in 2023 and met Ms. Patty,I thought she was an angel sent to my family cos of the way she handled the whole process but right now when I had to move,I now know she is just been who she is very professional, always ready to assist and put you thru every details.the apartment complex is very clean and peaceful. In my 2yrs here,never had any issue and the entire staff are all very cordial and freindly and the maintenance crew are very organized and respect privacy.

I want to personally thank Ms. Karen, Ms. Patty, Ms. Tomasa and Ms. Jody, in the office, the Engineer/Maintenance Department and the Housekeeping Department for being such very nice, very awesome, very phenomenal, very special and very patient team players. Everybody in the office was so very nice and friendly. May God continue to bless each and everyone of you and your family members and keep you all safe.I stayed there 1 year and I felt very safe. I work and night and I didn’t have any problems when I came home. My parking was very awesome. All I had to do was get out of my car and walk straight into my townhouse. I would recommend any one of my family members or friends to stay at the Reserve at Bankside Apartment Complex.

What a disappointing community. I was hoping they would be more understanding. I lived in a previous complex with unbearable living conditions that I had to leave, due to them neglecting to resolve any issues. While I did not break my lease, I was forced to move out unable to give my 60 day notice. I did try to pay the overdue amount, management declined which left me with a mark on my credit. I have no other bad rental history. I understand policies are policies, but I am frustrated that I wasted my time and paid the fees when I didn't even have a possibility of being approved. Had I been made aware it would've saved both sides a lot of time.

Wow! What should I began. I had been living in an Extended stay hotel for nearly 3 weeks when I ended up finding these apartments. I was vaguely familiar with the area (shopping centers and access to the freeways). I stopped by on a Saturday and was greeted by the staff and Property manager. Eventually, I sat down with one of the Agents (Karen) who shared with me the history and fully renovation of the property. As we walked through the apartments, it was quite and clean. We went up to the unit and it was more than what I was expecting. Brand new everything! If you're looking for a new home, and a fresh start, call or go by the Reserves at Bankside and ask for Karen, a down-to-earth, personal person who made me feel like part of their family.
