The MANAGEMENT is not a management at all, they do not ENFORCE anything. They are so SLOW and they take so much TIME to fix PROBLEMS whenever you actually report them even with evidence. There’s dog poop and trash everywhere you step and walk. There’s inconsiderate people with aggressive dogs who let their dogs lunge towards dogs and people who are simply just walking responsibly. Inconsiderate people who act like they own the block of an apartment when it’s clear they do not. There’s people who act like they own the entire building, the staircase, and they can’t even bother to throw trash in the dumpster even if it’s just across the street. The management is absolutely clueless of real problems, but don’t forget to put the fire extinguisher outside because then they’ll fine you $25! Inste
I’ve had a very positive experience with the apartment maintenance team specifically with Fabian Alarcon. He is responsive, professional, and consistently fix issues correctly the first time. Requests are handled promptly, and the staff is always courteous and respectful of my space. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and care about residents’ comfort. Having a reliable maintenance team really makes a difference, and I appreciate the great service he provides.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The initial lease I signed was for a completely different apartment but it “wasn’t ready” by my move in date so they made me upgrade to an apartment with a yard for even more money. Roaches everywhere , my entire pregnancy I repeatedly told them about the roach problem and it was never fixed even after I brought my baby home from the hospital and expressed my concerns for the health and safety of my baby, no one cared. At one point I received an email that stated “ I have no prior communication about this issue “ when I have all the emails saved. I had to pay around $1,300 for door replacement , the new door was too small for the frame , gaps all around , bugs continuously crawling in. took them MONTHS to fix the gaps.
