The Reserve Apartments at Las Palmas

I have lived at these apartment for awhile now and I would highly not recommend them. There is no one here on site checking to make sure things are in order. Tenants park where ever they want even tho there is clearly red lines & no parking signs in those areas, it’s starting to become a problem because the parked cars are taking up half of the driving area leaving very little room to drive thru, also there is no light in the mail room and there hasn’t been one in a long time so can’t check the mail at night because it’s pitch black in there. When trying to reach management to let them know these concerns they are never on site. To this day I only saw the manager ( or the person responsible) once when signing the contract and never again. Very beautiful. I visited a client here and her place was beautiful. Very nice place....but expensive.
