The Rental Authority

VERY nice people! Tim, the owner is such a great guy. Very good and kind landlord. Betty was also a pleasure to work with. I hope to work together again in the future!

If I had to do the experience all over again, I would choose The Rental Authority again and again! Our A/C system has been out for months. Not only that, it was an old system! I did think it could be fixed so quickly. However, George and his company the Moonlighters Air- Conditioning and Heating made it happen. They arrived early in the morning and were gone by noon. I know right, the quickness! My family and I not only enjoyed the new system; but we enjoyed George and his workers company. They were more than polite and funny. I had went through several companies that day; however, none matched George’s energy. He was very eager to help and I loved it. I felt comfortable to have in my home. Also, he responds back to calls and texts in a timely manner. Overall, the experience was 5 star!

George and his team at Moonlighters Air Conditioning are a company that The Rental Authority often contract with. I can not say enough good about this company. They are quick, informative, professional, and get the job done right....while fixing other people's mistakes along the way! They put a drop cloth down to protect my floors between the door and the AC unit. They were quiet, were friendly to my dogs, and explained what they were doing in layman's terms. Thanks so much!

We were in need of an air conditioner to replace one that was failing. Cara Thompson immediately called Moonlighters Air Conditioning & Heating for us, and George Gavino was able to access the situation and efficiently take care of the replacement. We very much appreciate Cara's professionalism and responsiveness, and George is extremely experienced and competent to handle a full range of HVAC services.

Where do I begin? They falsely advertised a house claiming it had hardwood floors. Those floors had swelling due to multiple toilet overflows. They gave us an extremely small portion of our security deposit back even though the house was cleaner than the day we first moved in. I had to scrape old food out of a drawer and because the drawers and cabinets were so disgusting I had to lay down shelf paper and was never reimbursed. They charged us for screens in windows that never existed. They charged us for a dirty shed when it is unleveled and we can't control the weather. All in all it was a horrible experience and I would never rent from them again.
