The Registry on the Park

I love living at the Registry on the park. The leasing agents especially Talya is awesome. The maintenance crew get right on it. The people that manage the mailroom are super friendly and helpful. The concierge is first class.

AirBnB, nice building, quiet. They could make sure the trash bins outside the garage elevators are dumped. We were there for 5 days and I don't think the can on level 2 or 3 was ever dumped. People just put trash on top of trash. That can attract insects and worse......RODENTS!

My husband and I have lived here for 4 years. We have mostly enjoyed our time, however, since Willow Bridge’s (formerly known as Lincoln Property Company) acquisition of the property in 2021, quality of building has deteriorated. Often, one or more of our three elevators are out of service (for a 25 floor building). Maintenance materials such as replacement flooring and sliding glass doors are stored in the open air parking garage with excessive bird droppings all over them. In a recent eviction on the property, the tenants belongings were stored in the upper deck of parking garage for over two weeks and were picked through slowly. I had the pleasure of staying at a Yoo on the Park in a corporate apartment. It was a completely awesome experience. The apartment home is absolutely beautiful and spacious. And WOW - what a gourmet kitchen! The balcony is perfect for a glass of wine while enjoying the city view. Every member of the staff was very welcoming - I felt right at home instantly. Taco Tuesday - Breakfast on Wednesdays and the other resident events make Yoo on the Park more than an apartment - it's a home.
