I do NOT recommend Reger Homes for any real estate transaction. They conducted a purchase and sale for me. They are not proactive with responses, lack business strategy for marketing, display little knowledge of specific markets, and provide no guidance as a trusted agent should. If you want generic service, poor planning, unresponsive marketing, and need to constantly remind them of the detailed steps in a real estate transaction, then go ahead and hire them. For me, never again.

Every member of the company has been kind, thorough, and considerate when accommodating our needs, and has made, what is usually considered 'one of the most stressful life events', an absolute breeze. They can provide and schedule your inspections, property escrow, and any required after care is diligently addressed, plus they offer details on trusted contractors should work on the property be required. Finally, moving was made so much easier as they offer up to two days use of their 15 cubic ft. van (subject to submission of current license details)!
