McKayla provided my wife and I a top tier leasing experience! We saw some competitive deals online for this complex, but what really sealed the deal was McKayla's eagerness and how effortless she made the process. All questions were answered, all concerns were addressed, and everything was made clear. We're moving there soon and couldn't be more excited. With staff like her, a well kept property, and great layouts available, it was a no-brainer to apply. I have lived at the regions for many Years. We have a good Maintenance team. When I have a maintenance issue, Brian D is usually the one who takes care of the job. He does it quickly and professionally. I think he’s a very good asset to this team

Hi readers/Regents team. This review could be pages long but I’ll keep it as simple as possible. My girlfriend and I were on a horrible hunt for an apartment and we feel crazy lucky that we randomly came across this place on google, so we stopped by. We were then greeted by Kaela, who after spending time (and taking too much of her time honestly, even though she didn’t care in the slightest about how many questions we had!), she showed us around and was the opposite of the sleazy salesman we dealt with everywhere else. She just wanted to inform us on what they offer and let us decide from there. Also, from living here my whole life.
