Posting on behalf of my sister who lives here This place is horrible, calls for service take weeks to resolved, stoves and refrigerators are so antique, they keep breaking and they won’t replace them. The place is infested with cockroaches, they come periodically and walk the apartment and supposedly place poison but it does nothing. The apartments are somehow connected that when the neighbors are smoking weed the smell comes in the bathrooms, my sister has complaint to the office and they state there is nothing they can do, there are children in the house and the office do not care, would not recommend this place to anyone

Can you explain why pitbulls are not permitted yet I saw a guy walking his 3 pitbulls today? Safety concerns? Corporate does not respond but does things behind the curtains. Still not good enough. Someone put lights at the mailboxes please so we are not scared to go when its dark. I got a response after 3 emails to corporate.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! The customer service is very poor at the leasing office and the maintenance request are never address in a timely manner and I mean NEVER! The excuse given is they are always short staffed! I had to have domino from another managed property come over to fix the issues I made request for months ago and they will close the tickets and never address them. The resident office will just tell you they will send a message but who knows how true that is. I've been here 1 year and 5 months and my rent went from 1950.00 a money to renewing my lease to paying 2350.00! This is there way of only wanting you to stay for 1 year and collecting the states benefits for being "low income"! I would not recommend at all!! Keep your money!!

the WORST place to live, the manager is really rude with the residents, the neighbors are really noisy, and nasty! They don’t care about living in a community! They are really dirty and nobody comes to clean the shared spaces, if you want to live with trash everywhere come here! Don’t waste your time going to the office or sending emails, they don’t care about that, and if you go to complain about it, they will be really rude with you, doesn’t matter if you are white, black, Asian etc, especially the manager! Roberto was nice and professional, but the manager is complete ignorant!! I moved 2021 and that service is the worst, even mice came inside the building because they don’t care about cleaning or trash! Horrible place to live. They do not care about their residents. The leasing office changes management and employees so fast it is unheard of. That also makes room for “error” in regards to knowing what is being done about resident issues. I can never get a hold of anyone in the office , no one returns calls or responds to written letters. I have written numerous letters in regards to unfinished work orders and issues arising outside of tenant damage or neglect to ensure I wouldn’t be responsible for those things when I moved out and no one has ever responded to them. Notices of entry to your apartment are left on your door as late as 8:30pm to inform you they’ll be their the following day and to have your dogs crated and furniture moved out of their designated area.
