The Reef Apartments

I waited until I moved out so I could give a thorough review. We lived at The Reef from summer 24 to summer 25 and I couldn’t have loved my time there more. John helped in so many ways from the initial appointment to lease and our move out. Summer and the rest of the gang was simply amazing. The apartment was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. The WiFi was always reliable and the maintenance crew was so friendly and accommodating. I loved the technology and felt very safe there with the smart locks, butterfly app, thermostats and parcel lockers. Everyone truly made this community feel like a home. The amenities are amazing and I really do miss the convenience of the little store! The access to the beach is unbeatable and some days you could smell the salt water and hear the waves cra

This is the most peaceful place around. Our apartment overlooks the pond with Hanna Park beyond. Each morning brings a beautiful sunrise with so much wild life. The apartment itself is so amazing. So much kitchen space and storage throughout the apartment in each room. Everything is so beautiful...from the pool to the lounges to the walkways, it feels like you are in a resort. The staff goes above and beyond to help as needed. Each one as friendly as the next. We love everything about The Reef...we may never leave!

The Reef Apartment complex is wonderful. It's location is perfect as it's close to the beaches and Hanna Park. The building is nice and has great views as it's backyard is the state park. The staff is excellent! Kaley especially has been kind and patient with me. The maintenance crew completes service orders in a timely manner. It's a nice place ,and I truly enjoy living here!

I love living here. Recently renewed my lease for another year. The staff is always friendly. I love the community events here. Seeing the wildlife and hearing the ocean in the mornings are so peaceful. The only complaints I can find are due to the fault of the builders. Every few months my A/C goes out. Maintenance is quick to repair as long as they are here, no weekends. It is a bit pricier then other luxury apartments in the area.

Our experience at The Reef apartments has been wonderful from our first tour to move in, The apartments are well appointed and tastefully designed. The amenities are exceptional but the views are the real star! Waking up to the sun rising over the pond is priceless. The staff are so helpful and accommodating. Ciara and John worked together to find a creative solution to accommodate the timing of our house sale. They have been so helpful! Paul in maintenance provides timely service and is so warm and friendly! We are very pleased with our decision to move to the Reef!!
