Worst experience I’ve ever had renting. DO NOT rent from these people no matter what you do, I promise you!!!!! Pictures attached are from how I received the home. This isn’t even all of them. I cleaned for 3 days before I could even move in. Photos were emailed upon move in. It was like pulling teeth to get any communication from them and when they did I received a petty $200 credit. 1 year later I moved out. I left the house completely clean, I forgot to empty one shelf in a kitchen cabinet with some dry food items, there were a few minor scratches in the paint from moving out. No damage to drywall, just some small touch ups needing done. They’re now trying to charge me over $800 for “cleaning & damages”. Included in the fraudulent charges are damages that I photographed and emailed upon

The staff was very nice. But the experience with renting through Realty Medics was extremely undesirable. If you want to rent a house and have the expense of an owner, go through them. I’ve never had so much to take care of and pay for myself than renting through them. By the time all was said and done, an $1,800 a month rent turned into about a $2,500 a month expense. Read your lease carefully. You’re responsible for everything a homeowner is responsible for. They pay for nothing and there’s a fee for every little thing. It’s outrageous. When I moved into the property it was disgusting. There was hair in the drain, bedbug and roach remnants throughout the house that I had to clean and disinfect. Vents were dirty. Salt in the softener was so low, I had to add it right away. I c

The Realty Medics team has been exceptional from start to finish. They are proactive, professional, and highly communicative throughout the entire process of getting my property listed and rented at fair market value. Their deep understanding of the market and commitment to having the owner’s best interest first really stood out. I always felt informed and confident in every step. It’s a great feeling knowing my property is being managed by such a capable and trustworthy team. If you are a renter, seriously consider renting from somewhere else. If you are a property owner, I'd also question the business practices of this property "management" company. All the reviews are true. These people wouldn't care if the house fell apart on you. They do not make timely repairs or even repair AT ALL. They are incompetent. Just received a notice to protect the pipes in the home from freezing AFTER the two days of record lows. You'd think this would make more sense to send BEFORE the problem comes up with frozen pipes, but again these people are incompetent. I don't know why anyone would trust their investment property with these clowns.
