Maintenance responds promptly and resolves issues with minimal downtime. They are very professional and courteous. The property is beautiful and the residents are very friendly, this is a great community to bring your family too! And you can have Starbucks everyday!

Anyone looking for an apartment, I would advise you to move here. Angela provided excellent customer service, she was extremely kind, patient and helped us even after hours to make sure we got our lease signed and we were comfortable with the process. You don’t run into people who care that much, she is definitely one of a kind.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The management team is very nice, professional, and always ready to help. Whenever there’s an issue, they respond quickly and fix it right away. I really appreciate how attentive and responsible they are. Highly recommend this apartment community!

Having to start over is never fun. But from the first moment I met Lou, I felt comfortable and welcome in the community that would become my new home. Now my fiancé and our pups are thriving in a place where we feel safe. Property is well cared for, staff is kind and responsive, neighbors are friendly; pet park is amazing!! Definitely recommend for anyone looking in the Westerville/New Albany area.
