The Ranch at Twenty Mile

Another overpriced cookie cutter community that is currently a shambles of construction fallout. The methods employed the hurried construction of these homes will be a nightmarish debacle within five years of any owner residing within. Too many cooks in the kitchen leads to nobody really caring about the food, in a like manner, the vast amount of short-term labor separated foolishly by the type of skill being applied, will lead to homes that no one cared to build correctly. Just a multitude of workers, killing the day till they get their pay.

This house is amazing. But only in my dreams can I come up with 1.1 million dollars. It's worth checking out though and you even get to dream to it with cookies and drinks! Fresh made chocolate chip!!

I like this neighborhood. Overpriced but the Outpost looks cool. You pay for the neighborhood and the status of living in "ponte vedra." You can get the same house for half the price if you move to the northside. But you won't have the great school districts or the wonderful amenities of nocatee.

The Dostie model in The Ranch is my favorite in all of Nocatee!

Nice homes. I knocked off one star because the lots are small.
