Itzel made sure I had all the information I needed, including pricing, requirements, and details about the application process. She answered all my questions and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for an apartment at The Ranch at First Creek.

I recently went on a tour and absolutely loved the clubhouse and what is offered. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, particularly Izel (hope I spelled her name right!) she was extremely enthusiastic and patient with all my questions and concerns. I did not feel pressured nor did I feel misguided, which is not always the case in my experience! She led me through the property with such enthusiasm that it was refreshing. My husband and I will be back! I feel this is the perfect home for my family and I. Thank you Izel for your wonderful service and knowledge sharing!!

First off, I have to share my amazing experience with Jesus! He is extremely helpful and well versed in his role as an assistant manager. He was able to answer all of my questions to help me decide on a new home, which I am hoping to move in July. The location is great, near the airport as well as shopping right down the street in both directions.

**Unaddressed Safety Issues - Building 2** A few days ago, around midnight in Building 2, my neighbor's intoxicated family member in Unit 301 began yelling, kicking, and pounding on my door, as well as the doors of other nearby tenants. I had to brace my door to prevent him from kicking it open. Concerned for our safety and the safety of my children, who were sleeping at the time, my wife and I called the police. They arrived, arrested him, and took him away. He also left blood splatter in front of my apartment door, which still remains there. Two days later, my wife and I noticed that he had been released. Since then, we haven’t been able to sleep well and have been feeling unsafe in our apartment. My wife reported the incident to the office staff (assistant manager), expressing her con

I have live here for 5 months and started seeing roaches last month . Roaches are in the walls so management getting the exterminator to spray weekly/biweekly is not fixing the issue . If you do decide to move here before you do so pull the fridge out and take the plastic lining from the wall to make sure roaches are not collected in that area !! Actually to save your sanity do not move here!! Built cheap as well.
