The Raleigh at Sloan's Lake

We've lived in this building for a little over 2 years and we love being here. The layout of our apartment is spacious with a nice amount of natural lighting. We appreciate the high quality, well-designed kitchen and bathroom areas, the flooring, the window shades. The building amenities are fantastic, including the beautiful roof deck and first floor lobby area with it's many cozy and private work spaces, large gym and work out area. The new management has been amazing, including Tenci, the new Building Manager, and Alejandro, Head of Maintenance and his team. They are a professional, knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful team. I met Dustin today, and while showing me the amenities at their beautiful complex, he also introduced me to the property manager, Ténci Thompson; She explained how they keep the community well‑maintained and secure, especially with the foot traffic you get being so close to Sloan’s Lake. It really reassured me how much they prioritize safety and accessibility for residents. Alejandro, the facilities supervisor, was also great and shared some of the upcoming projects to make the pool area even more enjoyable. Overall, a friendly and professional team. We were some of the first residents to move into The Raleigh at Sloans Lake. During our residency, we have met several management teams. The new leadership of Avenue 5, consisting of Tenci, Cassiopeia, Alejandro, Joe and Heidy, have brought a fresh new perspective to the building. Their combined energy is so positive. Since they’ve been here, there have been numerous events planned for the residents. In fact today is a hot cocoa and cupcake Christmas get together. Everyone on the management team are very friendly, including coming from behind their desks to be available and greet the people! They are very approachable, organized and present. We feel it! I've been living at The Raleigh for almost a year and love it! Thanks to Joe for always taking the time to answer my questions and handle my requests in a friendly and professional manner. He even brings his own dog treats to spoil the dog residents!

We had a tour with Dustin today. He was fantastic! He was so professional and fun to be around while we toured the building and available 2 bedroom units. The building seems really great, clean and beautiful amenities. Thanks for all of you time today Dustin!
