The Rail at Redbank

Moving into The Rail has been such a smooth and welcoming experience, thanks to Sonya, Blandine, and Angel. They went above and beyond to make the transition easy, even assisting with deliveries while I was out of town. Their hospitality and willingness to help with anything made all the difference. The apartment building itself is well maintained across the board. Couldn’t be happier with the decision to stay here!

Moved in 2 months ago and we love the apartment! Such a charming view of red bank and the train station, great location with a ton to walk to, our big windows let in lots of happy sunlight, parking is convenient, and our neighbors have been friendly. Angel has been the biggest help to us - any questions or issues we've had, he's addressed immediately and has been as communicative, professional, and honest as possible when working on the issue, which is refreshing compared to services provided by previous buildings we've lived in. He always makes himself available and we appreciate him so much!

I’ve just moved in recently. The building is beautiful, well designed and appointed. My apartment is beaming with sunlight and that makes me happy. Sonya is extraordinary. She is our resident concierge, and does an incredible job running the place, making sure things run smoothly…putting packages at our door, explaining things, coordinating repairs, etc.. She always has a cheerful attitude. Vinny does as well, he makes sure everything is fixed and runs smoothly. We had some issues with the heavy rain and they were fixed right away and with professionalism. He always greets me with a friendly “Hello”. I gave the review 4 stars because of the cost of add-ons. From the pet fee to parking to storage and club room fees the rent gets high. Some make sense but I wish the storage was included in t

The Rail in Red Bank is simply the nicest place to live.I have been here with my 4 legged Boss, Murphy for almost 2 years and we love it. In fact he is the current " pet of the Month. Sonya our property manager is so nice and our life here is great. I love my apartment and there are so many nice people in the building, friendly and many dog lovers! Anyone looking for a new, clean building should consider living here.

Been living at the Rail for the last year and half and is a perfect place for someone who travels 50+% of the year. Great facilities as part of the building. The best is the staff - Vinny is the one guy to call for everything. Vinny is one of the nicest guys and super responsive to any requests and he goes beyond what is asked of him - and has provided his personal number to text if there are issues. He is always very responsive to any normal service requests (air filter changes, water filter, etc), but he also on a regular basis will drop off large mail item, help out with moving some items, etc. Got locked out once on a Sunday, but he personally came over to unlock the door and always does with a smile.
