Well, put it this way if you’re low income, do not move here for the simple reason is they like to harass people who are low income I’m not the only one who had issues with them and I can tell you the only staff that’s been here since it’s open and the only decent one that I never had problems with is Brianna I go to the office this morning to ask the head manager to sign a piece of paper she told me to come back in an hour because she was busy when that’s all she was doing was talking to the other person in the office and they were talking about me because they both pointed to me as I was leaving very unprofessional and don’t get me started on the maintenance man do something wrong and he follows you forever and people say they clean up in and out in and outside of the buildings that’s a

I enjoyed my time living here, it’s a bit pricey for what you get but it was okay. Something I didn’t like was the constant smell of dog urine in the hallways and elevators. Although after I moved out in August, it took way too long to receive my deposit back. We gave them the correct forwarding address at least 3 times and it still took about 4 months to receive the check! That was crazy to me because it seems they’ll be quick to collect your money but very slow to return what’s owed to you. So beware you may not see your deposit back unless you constantly check in on it for months.

The management team here is awesome. I lived in the apartment building number #1 for two years. It was awesome until 2025 Feb. They are doing some construction next to building number #1. The construction starts at 7am and finished at around 4pm. It was very loud throughout the day. Sometime the blasting work will even shake the entire building. It is definitely not the best time to move here is you appreciate somewhere quiet within the next few months (depends on when they finished the construction.) Updated on 09Apr2025: Got some email back and forth along with some phone call discussion with this management team. They are very polite. However, I was told that there is NOTHING they can do to solve this noise and dust problem. We as the residence has to deal with this ourselves. Please n

I am so happy with my choice to move to the Quill. Brianna was so wonderful to work with and made me & my family feel so welcomed! We are still getting settled but it’s been so nice to be in complex that has amenities that make you feel very comfortable with. My pup has loved making new friends too!!

If there is any advice that I can give to anyone. Do not move here. Me and my family have lived here for almost 3 years now and have had nothing but endless issues. The staff is careless with paper work and then blame you for their own personal mistakes. When you go and renew your lease , they will say they sent out notices then have a sherif serve you papers that you are required to pay a ridiculous fee for. Then when you provide proof that youve never recieved an email or call , they will still claim they did everything on their end. Then when you finally think you have things settled and cleared up, They will find something else to harass you about. Now let's talk about how disgusting the dumpsters.
