The Quarters Apartments

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve never ran into so many problems before in my LIFE. I’m always having to fix their issues. My rent is always a different price. The property manager is extremely rude & WILL hang up the phone! They will only answer if you call from a different number. The office workers always always lie & say the manager is gone or in a meeting but she will be sitting right in her office. DONT move here! Their answer to everything is “I don’t know”. I wish I would not have ever moved here. I would not recommend.

Worst complex I've ever lived in. They pressure you about rent. Yet none of tge appliances in the apartment work. And they haven't sent anyone to fix anything. Lights don't work and we can't change the bulbs. Tub clogged. Toilet won't flush. Doors broken and they want 1500 a month but won't fix a damn thing. My lease is up in January and haven't had any of this fixed. I recommend finding a better complex with far better appliances and people working in the front office. Oh and the pool was closed pretty much all summer.

This apartment complex used to be a nice place to live, but it has gone downhill over the past couple years. The grounds reek of marijuana smoke day and night, residents play loud music all the time, property management does not reply to emails or even consistently answers the phone, there is trash littered all over the grounds, the police are always here dealing with domestic violence and car break-ins, and there are squirrels in the attics of the buildings that property management does Also, the HVAC system in the units is over 17 years old, and is dirty and failing, and needs to be replaced. Property management does not have the money or will to update the HVAC system, so there are persistent issues with the AC in the summer and the heating in the winter. Not good. And the latest i

I have been living at The Quarters for 2 years. Just renewed for my 3rd year! I like the quiet of the complex and the location is perfect! Close to Target, Trader Joe's, and all the great places on Archer. Easy access to I75, too. There response when there is a maintenance issue has become faster, and better, every year! The office staff has always been very helpful. Happy to say I live at The Quarters!

All those Buildings go by the same Address Which Means each of them needs to be Pined into Google Maps Buildings 1 - 14 I know from doing App Deliveries inside this place its a delivery nightmare especially after dark. Please allow Google to map them all into there system eventually it gets into the Delivery Apps Mapping system.. Thanks
