Awful experience here. Upon moving in, doors were detached, last residents clothes in the washer, blinds not working, etc. The complex was very accommodating at first, and did help the initial issues. I was hoping that this would be the end of the main issues and was very wrong. Not long after moving in, my kitchen sink fell through my counter top. it took about a week for that to get fixed. I had to contact the front office any time I needed a maintenance order handled in a timely manner. a normal work order was never enough. my laundry room door fell off and they closed the work order without even fixing it. management claimed they didn’t have a key to my apartment even after bringing it to be reprinted by them. it took weeks to actually get the first repair…upon touching the door agai

Highly recommend this apartment complex! It’s peaceful and serene, so many trees and natural shade. It’s safe and quiet, and I feel so comfortable living here as a single woman. The office staff are so kind and helpful, Cyrus and Cynthia answer every question or concern with a smile, and their patience and kindness has made my experience here so wonderful. Maintenance requests have been filled within 24 hours or less, and the maintenance crew are kind and professional as well. Can’t say enough good things about the Quarry Alamo Heights. ❤️

I moved into the Quarry Alamo Heights Apartments just under 2 months ago. I am not a big review person, but sometimes feel like leaving one if the business is great. I’d like to add another good review because my experience with Quarry Alamo Heights Apartments has been outstanding so far. There hasn’t been many reasons that needed to be addressed, aside from things that were mostly of my own doing. When I came in to look at the place on a Saturday I had already visited a few other places, so I was pretty tired and wasn’t looking forward to another leasing agent trying to sell me everything. But when I met Christian at the front desk I felt at ease. Perhaps his name helped. So I looked at a couple of options and decided I needed a garage. (By the way, the garage is a single car, but it is h

I have enjoyed my experience living here. The property is peaceful. The attached garage units are a really nice convenience that other properties can't offer. The hard floor bedrooms are much nicer than the carpeted bedrooms found in most other apartment properties. Maintenance also responds to requests fairly quickly.

Bad experience living here, the water was shut off at the apartments seemed like every week most of the time with no notice. They remodeled the apartment while I was in there, it was horrible one of the workers spit on my floor while they were working and I was living in there watching tv when they did it. They left the door open for bugs and flies to come in. When my lease was up I didn’t resign. I stayed there for a few months without a signed lease then they finally wanted me to resign. I decided to move, because they was increasing the price and it was too expensive. I left the place spotless, even paid for someone to ensure it was clean. They checked it and I gave them the key . The manager had a bad attitude. Months later they placed on my credit that I owed for a year worth of lease
