Great place to relax and kick back. The pool and hot tub are awesome. Also they have an outside pool. The weight room is fully equipped. The rooms vary in size but have everything provided in the kitchen. Plenty of parking. The front desk is there for your covienence. The property manager Emilee is awesome and can help you with whatever you need to become a tenant.

There isn’t much to say that hasn’t already been said. Truly a nightmare to live here. Trash regularly over flowing. Stairwells and elevators are disgusting and rarely cleaned. Several homeless/non residents sleeping in the stairwells and banging on residents doors because building entrances do not all properly lock. Management is incredibly frustrating. Emilee starts out super nice but quickly becomes rude and unreasonable. Anywhere but here!!

Extremely frustrating maintenance experience. I recently submitted a request in the resident portal, and it was marked “Work Completed / Closed” even though no one contacted me, there was no explanation, and no visible work was done. This is not a one-time issue (see screenshot). Multiple maintenance requests have been closed without resolution, which makes the system feel meaningless and wastes residents’ time. If you’re considering living here, be prepared to follow up repeatedly and push hard for basic accountability. I’m requesting management to explain why tickets are being closed without action and to provide work notes / visit details whenever a request is marked “completed.” I also request the property owner to investigate these ongoing management and maintenance failures.

This is a modern slum. They frequently miss trash days, animals and frankly people urinate in the halls and elevators, and to make matters almost laughable, they don't even lock all of the doors to the outside. Homeless and drug addicts frequently get inside here. Domestic situations are extremely frequent as well. Cops are in and out. The Wi-Fi is frequently too slow to even run YouTube. Some days it doesn't connect, or is just down for almost a week at a time. The pool has never been opened, all the reviews on the negative side are very much telling the truth. The two that are at the front have been here for a while, and their job is to dismiss you away as quickly as possible without doing anything.They will blatantly lie to your face, or in some regards, actually threaten you with legal

Avoid this apartment like the plague. If you value your sleep, sanity, or basic dignity, stay far away from this apartment. In over 10 years of renting across four states, I have NEVER encountered management as useless, dishonest, and irresponsible as the property manager running this place. I am a current resident, and I’ve spent MONTHS dealing with severe nighttime noise disturbances from the unit above me. I did everything a responsible tenant is supposed to do — I reported it politely, repeatedly, in writing, in person, and even after explaining my health issues and sleep medication. Management did nothing. Absolutely nothing. Their “solution”? A rehearsed, robotic excuse: “The regional manager will take care of it.” This regional manager may as well be a ghost — invisible, unreachable
