The Q @ Bosque Trails

If you want any response from your Landlord or maintenance stay away from any complex’s this Property management company is involved with . I’ve lived at the Q Bosque trail for a little over 3 months and initially it was great - since AMC LLC has taken over everything has gone completely downhill. You can reach out for weeks at a time with no response , oh and don’t be surprised coming home to utilities being off - they don’t bother to inform you when or how long your water or power will be off due to THEM ( management company)paying late. Also they love to put notices on your door advising they’ll be doing inspections and maintenance and “DO NOT” need your permission to enter . Stay far away from the Q at bosque trail & anywhere AMC LLC manages .

Exceptional customer service, anything needed is promptly done. Eric has been welcoming and helpful since day 1, as are maintenance guys Matt and Nick. Great apartments and amazing staff.
