We found ourselves in a bit of a whirlwind situation: we stumbled upon a house we absolutely loved but had a deadline of 2pm the next day. At that point, we didn’t even have an agent yet. Kelly did an amazing job. She has put in many a late night. Got us our house in this crazy market without us having to pay an enormous amount over the asking price. Great negotiation skills. Helped us get an inspection on the house. She has even gone above and beyond and has helped us look at comps in our current house even though she will not be the listing agent (different state). I have already recommended her to several people. She is wonderful to work with. Giving us great knowledge of the area and resources available as well!
