Unfortunately, our experience here has been far from great. It's a high price to live here (one of the highest in downtown Denver) and it's simply not worth it. We've lived here for 10 months and have experienced so many issues: consistent broken elevators, the parking garage gate was broken for over 1 month leaving expensive cars exposed, the hot tub has been broken for probably 30-40% of the time we've lived here, the gym Peloton bikes have never worked with any consistency. Our unit has amazing views (which we pay dearly for) but our windows are filthy. Apparently, they only clean them once per year which seems unacceptable considering the high rent paid for these amazing views. Dog owners, like us, have the option of a small potty pad right outside the building that is very rarely clea

There is nothing quite like The Pullman! When friends and family ask how we like our new home that is usually my typical response because without seeing, feeling, experiencing not only the amazing building itself, but also interacting with the truly world-class team at The Pullman it is hard to truly describe in words. The Pullman building itself in addition to it's great location, has some amazing spaces to work & play. From the 13th floor pool deck with a 360 view overlooking Coors Field, Union Station, and The Front Range to the everyday handy amenities like the multiple Club rooms, game room, chef's kitchen, conference rooms, offices, pet spa, gym, aqua spa, bike storage, concierge services and so much more that it would take pages to list them all! It honestly feels like we are ch

First time encountering Pullman and staff, dropping off some food. Chris at the front was welcoming, friendly and engaging. He opened the front door and signaled the elevator for me, then gave me directions right to the unit I needed. Best place in Denver to deliver to! Will have to check out the living situation!

The High Price for Inconvenience The Pullman sells itself as luxury living and there is a lot to like. However, the reality doesn’t match the marketing. The garage has been stuck open for over a week—anyone can walk in. Now they’re closing the garage entirely for five hours midday on a Thursday, no in or out. Update: the garage door is still not fixed... More importantly, one of the elevators is broken and won’t be repaired for six weeks! Update: the building is down to one elevator. Lucky us! Second update: We were without any elevators earlier today. Residents pay premium prices. We deserve functional basics—not apologies taped to broken elevators.

I lived here for 2 whole years and the ENTIRE TIME an elevator was down, the dryer NEVER got more than a once over and took 2 HOURS to dry even a regular load of laundry, the ice machine broke everytime you tried to get crushed ice and never got more than a glance IT TOOK 3 TICKETS to get the building to care about water coming up out of our bar sink, and it took 6 MONTHS before the garage door was fixed so it could close and everyone who had stuff stolen in that time was told it was our faults. The new residents have no idea how to take care of common spaces CONSTANTLY leaving trash and food around AND IN the pool, never cleaning the grills after use and always dropping weights all day everyday around the clock. When we were moving out we were told we couldn't reserve the freight elevator
