The Property Society

Worst experience we have ever had with a rental. Apartment flooded every time it rained, mold growing in walls which caused me health problems after living in it for 5 months while they ignored our requests to fix it. Code enforcement having to come out multiple times. We are now pursuing legal action because we were told when we moved, they would return our deposit. That was 2 months ago. We have also spoken to other neighbors that are having the same issue.

The absolute worst property management company I've EVER dealt with. Save yourself the agony and annoyance. I stayed at Highland Flats (🙅 stay away, don't move there) and the property wasn't maintained at all. Trash everywhere, broken laundry facilities, and A MASSIVE GERMAN ROACH INFESTATION. Also, good luck getting in contact with anyone at the Property Society, they rarely respond. Your best bet is to show up directly to their offices at their new location off of North Lamar in the Kendra Scott building. Again, stay away. Avoid at all costs.

So in this world you have people who care, those who are impartial and then those that deliberately look to sabotage other fellow humans in all they do. Paying on time rent for 2+years never being even a single day late, my wife and I moved out. Having dropped off a notice 60 days in advance as requested, the administration lady in their front office misplaced my documents and feels they are now entitled to two months of rent because they can't find it. It's absurd, and it will be settled very quickly via legal actions. Andrea is her name I believe, and she is about as competent as a bag of rocks.

They are the manegers of the Royal Arms on Norwalk LN. They are absolutely terrible and the workers they send out don’t respect the tenants and do poor quality work. They leave your apartment a mess and don’t listen to your request. The Property Society also doesn’t inform you when workers are coming by. They also forgot to charge us utilities for three months then hit us with a $200 bill. Then they were like “ oops I hope this isn’t a inconvenience”. They also cashed one of my checks and told me I never payed so I had to checked my bank records and send them proof that they cashed it. This is the worst management company I’ve ever experienced.

One of the worst, if not THE worst property management companies in Austin. They do not respond to tenant inquiries or concerns-big or small, under any circumstance. The kind of place you simply give on and move away from because of the careless staff and prolonged bad service. I can honestly hope they are shut down soon because they have been a nightmare to work with. Do NOT engage in business with this company.
