This particular realtor did not have an open house like she told me she did, she did not post the house in the MLS for over a month, just her Facebook page, she didn’t know how to advertise, she did not give us our due diligence fees, she undecorated the house and removed curtains, wall decor and rugs and gave most of them to my neighbor. My neighbor called to let me know she was given the items although I told the agent and it was listed in the contract that all wall hangings and curtains stayed with the house. I neighbor also reported lights left on and doors unlocked, for generic sale signs that did not have my home address.when selling go with a larger, reputable company. When buying you may go with a smaller, single agent.
