I DO NOT recommend using The Property Inspection Pros for home inspections. If you value your investment, go elsewhere for a professional and thorough inspection. 1️⃣ Late Arrival – The inspection was scheduled for 1:00 PM, but Mark showed up 22 minutes late with no apology or explanation. Unprofessional from the start. 2️⃣ Missed Major Issues – The inspection completely failed to report visible water stains on the main bedroom closet ceiling. This is a critical omission that affected my purchase decision.
