Great property and Phenomenal Office Manager Tanya, but after 5 years of paying rent on time, very minimal service request other than the Heating and Air unit that shut back down. Reputable company wasnt used I feel. I was emailed on the Friday before Easter (Good Friday) and was told that I needed to be out by May 31st with no reason given that would warrant an eviction or force move. From my understanding in NC, landlords are suppose to give at least 60 days. When I called no other reason was giving other than the owner wanted to move back. No consideration from owner or property manager what so ever. Found a Place, Got moved and turned keys in on 31st only to be told 2 weeks later that they did a walk through and now they are waiting on the owner to do so because they have up to 30 d

Communication is excellent and the property manager Tanya is always just a phone call away and very responsive ready to answer any questions you may have ! Tanya in the office was incredibly sweet and helpful with the entire process of moving in and moving out. It felt like they cared about me on a personal level not just as a tenant!
