Over the last two years, they helped us to relieve ourselves of multiple rental properties and have also moved us into a better financial position business wise. The process was not very challenging but did take some time to complete due to the fact that the company wanted to be thorough with the process. I'm sick of these people. They message 10 times a week about properties, 90% of which I have nothing to do with. They will not share what list I'm on to get off their lists. I hate these people. If you even go along and ask for an offer, you'll get 40% of TAX VALUE. There is ZERO reason to ever deal with these people. The Secretary of Commerce has information about every LLC and company registered in the state. Phone numbers, email, mailing and physical addresses. Know what I mean? This company has been robo spamming text messaging people for years. Texting peoples cellphone without consent is not legal. Can't use the "wrong number" excuse thousands of times. Just another american company being lazy.

I've got to give a solid five stars to Jason Hill in the Fayetteville, NC office. The entire process went smoothly, even though the property had been inherited by multiple heirs, and was currently occupied. Additionally, some of the heirs lived out of state. We met at the property, he took pictures, and we agreed on a price. He stayed in communication with status updates throughout the process and was professional and courteous.

I owned a rental that my balance was higher than I could have gotten an individual to take over. Especially with the repairs needed.
