Horrible. I was with a group who traveled down to Orlando from Cleveland in January. One of the big reasons we booked the house was because of the pool and hot tub. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no heat. We let The Pro Agent Group know immediately. They dismissed it saying we should look at our rental agreement because they weren't responsible for providing heat if the temps were below 55 degrees. Well, the next day (and the remainder of the week) it was above 55 degrees, and we had paid extra to have heat. We again reported the problem, and no one responded. We stayed 5 nights in total, and no one took our complaint seriously until the final day. It was at that time that they found out there was a mechanical issue with the heater. I had a wonderful vacation with my family while staying in an incredible vacation home. The kids absolutely loved the themed rooms and all of the space to play. The customer service and response time was great. The home was beautiful, clean, and in a safe area. Can’t wait to try a different house next time!

Department that handles Airbnb rentals is horrible.While staying at one of the homes Jurassic TWO at Windsor At Westside in MAY a heavy piece of wood that they had ONLY GLUED to the ceiling in one of the bedrooms fall from the ceiling onto the bed where one of my guest was sleeping.Once I notified the company all they was worrying about was getting there decorations put back on the ceiling.My guest was injured due to the heavy wood falling on them .The PRO AGENT has failed to reach out via phone to assist with any type of help for my guest .They have failed to return any voicemails or emails.Which is very unprofessional. Planning a large, multi-generational vacation could have been stressful.
