If I could leave no stars I would. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING!!! I stayed in Unit 1 for over a year and a half and during the entirety of my stay my unit KEPT LEAKING! It would leak in the front room, bedroom, and closet!!! I had maintenance come to my unit more times than family or friends. They never fixed the leaking issue and always had excuses on why my unit kept leaking. I asked if there were other units going through this and was told no. Clearly if you check the reviews, my unit wasn't the only one. They would send vendors out to paint over the water damage on the walls/ceiling and would then have maintenance throw a dehumidifier inside my unit for a couple of days. The issue was never fixed and they continuously slapped a bandaid over the problem. I eventual

Horrible facilities. The parking lot is full of cat and dog shit. Residents dont clean after their pets and feed stray cats making the parking area the most disgusting part of Downtown Montgomery. They really need to re think the current building pet policy.

dont, units 21, 14, and 7 all had water damage, i moved out, terminated lease. best they could do was put a dehumidifier. refused to do any drywall work or take appropriate remediation. refused to move me into another unit. dyor look into causality events, seek legal guidance its worth paying a lawyer edit 1; response to comment below; you have my phone number and email, i was an active customer/tenant you owe me my deposit, half a months rent, and moving expenses you have not contacted me since i moved out worst place ive lived my entire life, horrible management and response edit 2: i emailed them December 29th 2025, they still havent replied

The Printing Press is such a unique and well-preserved building. The historic charm paired with modern upkeep makes it truly eye-catching. The management and maintenance teams do a fantastic job keeping everything clean and efficient.

The new company that has taken over has made this place a living hell within months. Be prepared to have no water although it’s included in rent, no lights because they don’t pay the bill and no where to park although you pay $50 in parking EACH MONTH!
