The Princeton At College Park

Love love love Safe, quiet and everyone is on top of everything. The other day gate broke down at night and next day it was fixed. The only thing I don’t understand and dislike it’s the trash collection system.I don’t see the purpose of paying an extra fee if they don’t pick up trash in supermarket bags ?!?! and recyclables must be all unfolded. Truly not efficient . But really a small detail compared to the amazing management and strict enforcement.

This is hands down the best complex in Orlando, I know because we toured all the top places before choosing here. Shout out specifically to Manny and the management because they are incredible with any requests and they throw the best events for the residents free of charge. My wife and I have been here for about 3 months and will extend our lease for sure. Location is the best you could ask for and has a community feel, walkable to all the local restaurants and walkable to all the beautiful homes by the lake. We viewed bainbridge and paseo winter park and while nice they are lacking the home feel like Princeton. Garage parking is great, walls are thicker than average apartment, gym has an everything necessary and there’s a small grass area adjacent to building to walk the dog. Any questio

We have lived at The Princeton over 3 years. This has been the absolute best luxury apartment experience out of a few. It is quiet, safe and clean, smells like a resort spa! I walk to Publix and love all of the bars, restaurants and boutiques along Edgewater Drive. You will hear sirens and vehicles but it’s not all night and bearable. We live at the end on second floor and hear upstairs neighbors now and then, noise level depends on the people. We have never had to request maintenance or had any complaints. Jaymz and everyone in the office are wonderful and all of our neighbors have been really friendly.

This has been the best apartment living experience I’ve ever had. From the welcoming atmosphere of the office, to a wonderful community, quick (same day) maintenance response, speedy security response, dog friendly, and ultimately feeling at home and safe. Safety and comfortability was my priority when looking for an apartment & the Princeton was it! The gated community, parking garage, and 24 hr security was crucial in making me feel safe! I loved my unit and could never hear my neighbors except the occasional steps from above. I never really had any issues, if there was a concern or complaint it was addressed in a timely manor! The way I see it is It’s inevitable to have concerns/questions at any complex or house; but the Princeton staff handles everything so well that it makes any incon

Usually I wait at least a year before leaving a review but these last 5 months at The Princeton have been bliss. I primarily wanted an apartment where I’d feel safe, but here I feel safe, relaxed, and happy. The apartment I’m in has high ceilings and looks huge! I have a wonderful water fountain outside my balcony that I love listening to (it’s relaxing). I love the community events, Aixa, Mikayla and Jaymz (from the leasing office) are all super nice and responsive. I also love the neighborhood. 100% recommend living here.
