Several work orders put in for my alarm system that the maintenance guy disconnect and never reconnected. Also, nasty oil spill from the second floor in front of my apartment. They tried cleaning it several times. It will not come out and it looks disgusting also came into the office spoke with management nothing happening

Haven’t been moved in 24 hours yet. Apartment is nice . The community is pretty clean , quiet, and well kept. Move in process wasn’t ideal at all but Jenn made it a little better. One of the money orders I submitted to the agent was misplaced but the assistant manager did end up crediting my money back . I finally moved in last night and my bedroom door fell off this morning . I went to the office to request maintenance but was told I had to put in a work order online . I found a maintenance man myself and he said he’ll come through later and fix it , hopefully he does . The office is always closed for some reason . I can’t access my portal to request Maintenance because they haven’t uploaded my lease yet so I guess I have to wait again . I’m optimistic the rest of my lease goes a lot bett

I love my newly remodeled apartment! I want to thank Krystie so much! She was very helpful with my moving process. We had one conversation and I can honestly say she came through 1000%. She kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, and any questions i had, she answered them! I really appreciate Krystie she went above and beyond to help me and my kids and we’re forever grateful for her!

New style, new management, and a new attitude! I lived at the Preston for several years and had a not so great experience throughout my stay. I have worked with several managers for over a year trying to track down my security deposit refund. I finally came in last week and spoke with the new manager Darryl and he not only got it located and reissued but he asked if I’d be interested to see their new renovation type apartment. Mind you, at no point did I mention that I was looking. But customer service came so naturally to him that he wanted to show me anyway to get my opinion as previous long standing tenant. It’s beautiful and this new company is doing the work! As a person who works hospitality and have done so for many years, I will never forget how that young man made me feel in that

By far the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in. My boyfriend and I have notified maintenance, property manager(s), and whoever else we can get on the phone of this MOLD/LEAK ISSUE several times and even had someone from maintenance COME IN to view the problem in person and NOTHING has been done! It’s going on ALMOST 2 MONTHS now and my boyfriend is starting to experience difficulties breathing now and increased heart rates which prevent him from sleeping. When we had problems with our fridge not working , it took 6 MONTHS just to get a RESPONSE and then my boyfriend ended up fixing the problem and the apartment maintenance marked it done as if they did something about it.
