Apt 403 has a wasps nest somewhere either in the attic or inside the front room window so every day you will kill at least 4 wasps the front door was kicked in by management before I moved in never fixed it all she ask was can it lock yes but bug can also get in bathroom wasn’t clear when I moved in had to do that also whoever lived there before me had a dog an you can smell the dog urine an they expect you to pay rent on time. This was worse then living in the hood also had waterbugs

I had to give 1 star to let you know stay away from this place Karya Properties as far as I’m concerned is the worst property management around I have witnessed the dumpsters not being emptied for over 2 weeks at a time and actually witnessed possums and raccoons eating out of them I do have pictures of the trash I wished I had my phone with me to show you the rodents eating The grass if that’s what you want to call it being knee high( Everything looks pretty good up front to suck you in) They advertise a gated community yet the gates haven’t worked in over 2 years,there has been numerous thefts and break ins of vehicles.they charge you a $25 a month amenity fee to use the swimming pool and the fitness center ( I’ve never used the fitness center , but the swimming pool was closed this wh

Please don't waste your time and money moving into these apartments. I lived here for a year. They do not clean and sanitize the apartments properly when tenants move out. My unit was dirty. I was told by neighbors that the people that lived in my unit before me lived there for 13 years and it was very very clear that they did. The unit smelled bad and it was covered in smoke stains literally everywhere. It took them 6 months to get me a dishwasher that didn't work and they never fixed it. Management is very unprofessional and never in office never.. save your time and money DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

They are never in the office! I have recently moved into this community which appeared to be my perfect new home. To find out the Swimming Pool hasn’t been open in 3 years plus, the fitness and business center door codes don’t work. I have a roof leak and I called the office and walked to the office 4 times today, 3 times yesterday and more times before with no response. WHERE IS THE STAFF! I can’t get a hold of anyone. Where is the reliable staff!
