⭐☆☆☆☆ Think twice before moving here. If you want an apartment that floods every time it rains — and where maintenance keeps saying “it’s fixed” without actually solving anything — this is the place for you. I’ve asked for a rent discount or to move to another unit at the same price, but management has done nothing. It’s frustrating to pay so much for a place with constant issues and no real solutions. On top of that, having maintenance come in repeatedly disrupts my privacy and makes it hard to feel comfortable in my own home. Very disappointed with the management and overall maintenance.

update: the laundry room has gone way down hill. not only is it messy but it smells so unpleasant update: leaving your dog’s poop in the middle of the sidewalk is so disrespectful Don’t waste your time trying to move here. On the outside it looks affordable, but in theory they get you with $200+ hidden fees after you pay your first rent. We’ve been charged countless time for “vacant gas” and “vacant electric” fees when we have our own accounts set up. Instead we’ve been charged twice for our gas and electric as well as a $50 fee for each. You pay for the valet trash fee even though they are selective with whose trash they take. There’s been trash sitting by my building for weeks which is causing it to smell horrendous and cause bugs. I have a dog and do pick up her waste but unfortunatel

I've been to a couple of apartments complex offices and the leasing agents are pretty... OK. However, at this place, there's an agent, Randy, who was a breathe of fresh air. He's friendly and lively and present with his clients. I've seen agents who you can tell are just there because it's a job, and the process feels like grinding teeth. But with Randy, he's enjoyable to be with. Really cool experience
