I just recently moved into the Preserves at Smithtown and I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for making my move into the complex such a smooth and easy experience. Everything was handled so efficiently, and I truly felt welcomed from the start. Allie and Candy ( The Project Managers) kindness and helpfulness made a big difference, and I’m very grateful for the positive experience. Allie has rapidly answered every email, kept us updated, and truly been very kind. Candy met us on move in day and walked us thru every detail and showed us how everything worked patiently and thoroughly. It’s clear that you both genuinely care about the residents. Even Jose the Grounds Superintendent stopped in as we were moving in and checked that we were ok. Thank you again!
I looked at this property after Middle Country Meadows. Allie and Candy were very helpful and pleasant to speak with.
Great addition to the area.
