The staff is top notch. Shannon and Savannah will take care of your needs with a smile. This property is only 3 years old so there are not many issues like nearby older communities. The maintenance tech Tom responds rapidly should you have any issue. I also must say, the rent prices are more than fair for what you receive. All it took for me was to go by and have Savannah take me on a tour.

I just wanted to say a big thank-you to the office manager, maintenance team, and the residents who helped when my dog got loose recently. I know it caused a bit of chaos—especially with kids getting off the bus—and I truly appreciate everyone’s patience and help. I’m very sorry for any inconvenience!

This is a poorly ran complex. I will list our negative experiences in a clear and concise manner. 1. Upon moving in, we asked if we were allowed to install a ring doorbell in lieu of the standard doorbell. One of the office workers said yes there is no problem with that. My father in law bought the ring door bell (not the cheapest item) and began hooking it up to the wires of the original. Once finished, Tineika Parrish the property manager, stated that it is against our lease to do that. My father in law responded that one of the other workers, that said they were a property manager, told him it was allowed.
