Nice apartments. However, people leave trash and dog poop everywhere. Maintenance is slow to respond. Took 2 weeks to get my dryer fixed. Parking is an issue then they spent money to make a ton of “compact only” spots. Be careful when you move out, they tried charging me for breaking my lease when I didn’t. When I moved out after my lease was up and did everything by the book, signed the notice to let them know I wasn’t renewing it when it was due, they immediately sent me to collections company for money I do not owe. They tell me they are trying to get it fixed but it takes a long time. It didn’t take a long time to try charging me and sending me to collections.

Ashley was amazing! Super friendly and answered all our questions even while being very busy. She definitely gave us the assurance we needed and we went home and applied right away! Hopefully we can call this place our home soon. Beautiful and spacious for such a value

The maintenance people are awesome speak English and Spanish perfectly , they fixed whatever it is scheduled with great attitude, good thanks to Cesar! They installed new washer and drier too fast!
